Role
We are hiring a Senior Ruby on Rails Software Engineer to help design and build new applications and core platform capabilities. This role is hands-on and focused on shipping. You will work closely with product and engineering to deliver features across several products.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails
- Contribute to new product development from early stages through production
- Work across the stack when needed, including APIs and frontend integrations
- Design and improve system architecture as we scale
- Write clear, maintainable code and tests
- Review code and contribute to engineering standards
- Troubleshoot performance and reliability issues
- Guide and help train junior engineers
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience building and maintaining SaaS products
- Solid understanding of relational databases, especially MySQL or Postgres
- Experience designing APIs and backend systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements

- Experience in healthcare or healthcare administration systems

This is a senior, hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can contribute quickly and help build new products from the ground up.
